Do the necessary running-in to your brake pads to get the maximum performance of it. To temper your disk brake pads and rotor do as follows.

1.- Run with your bike, lightly braking, to warm up the rotor.
2.- When you consider the rotor is enoughly hot (minute-minute and half) stop and wet the rotor while the wheel is turning. With it, you´ll get the material of the rotor get temper and get more grip.
3.- Repeat the operation if necessary
4.- Make this operation first with one wheel and after with the other one.
