Kit made by Bikenbici for old trials bicycles with JIS (cotterless) bottom bracket axles.

Specially thought for Monty 218 and 219 Kamel models, among others.

JIS Comas cranks 160 mm long. (see features HERE).

Comas 30.6 freewheel 18 teeth (18T). (see features HERE).

Jitsie steel 12T sprocket. (see features HERE).

Aluminium spacer. ESSENTIAL to place between freewheel and right crank. (See picture in images gallery).

Very easy assembly.

658 grams of weight (full kit).

We recommend a previous running-in before extreme use in order to eliminate de grease excess of the mechanism and secure a correct seat of the pawls. You can accelerate the process introducing a little beat of oil in the slot between the center of the freewheel and teeth crown. If you use the freewheel before this process it won´t work correctly and pawls could be damaged.
