Important assembling notice: To get the correct assembling and working of this freewheel with Clean, Jitsie, Bonz and equivalent cranks (generally not from Monty brand), it´s necessary to install an spacer of 2mm thickness minimum between the crank and the freewheel.

Comas Trial freewheel with 9 pawls and 135 hook points. New internal design with oversized pawls and springs made in high resistance steel. Sealed bearing to avoid dust and dirt inside the mechanism. 18 teeth. Standard threat 1,37'' x 24TPI. Weight: 176 grams of weight.

We recommend a previous running-in before extreme use in order to eliminate de grease excess of the mechanism and secure a correct seat of the pawls. You can accelerate the process introducing a little beat of oil in the slot between the center of the freewheel and teeth crown. If you use the freewheel before this process it won´t work correctly and pawls could be damaged.
